I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room we originally booked didn't have the proper kitchen facilities and wasn't ready on time, the staff kindly relocated us to a downstairs unit with a full kitchen. However, the delay upon arrival was a bit inconvenient. The service was attentive and friendly, but there were some initial room issues.
